Resilience Factors Session #1

Join us for the Resilience Factors virtual training with Sarah Buffie!

If you joined us for the Five Core Convictions series, you now have a lens to understand people and problems in a more holistic manner and now we can start growing resilience in ourselves and our loved ones! In this series we’ll work together to explore how stress impacts 4 resilience factors and how we can build those resilience factors in a relational context.


All of the factors will be understood in both theoretical and practical ways and you will be offered practices to implement in your daily/weekly lives to build each factor.

  • Daily affirmations

  • Dinner table-talks

  • Coloring worksheets

  • Neighborhood gifts scavenger hunt

  • Self-Esteem

  • Belonging

  • Mutually enhancing relationships

Discussion/training with event trainer, Sarah Buffie, will happen every other week starting on January 10th! Weeks we aren't with Sarah, we will connect in a private Facebook group via discussion posts.

Live with Sarah Buffie: Tuesdays, Jan 10, 22, Feb 7 and 21.
(Learning will build on itself in the sessions.  Attendance at all sessions is highly recommended.)
